The Ford Plantation was a high-end gated community whose prospects were purchasing 3rd or 4th homes.
Conversations with sales and marketing made it clear that the websites user experience (UX) needed to be multifaceted in order to help engage both prospects and client.
A very sophisticated and comfortable visual design (UX) was integrated with a variety of interactive and static elements.
The site included extensive property and local photography, video, architectural house elevations and renderings, interactive floor plans, property site maps, adjacent harbor maps, a newsletter section and a gateway that led to a backend property management component for members.
We subsequently designed and developed a sibling site for the developer’s next project, a similar high-end gated community in Greenbrier, West Virginia.
